These Terms govern your use of Tall Tales and form a binding agreement between you and Tall Tales LLC.

Who can use Tall Tales

Tall Tales is designed for children ages 3–8, used under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By creating an account, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and are the parent or guardian of the child using this service.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. Notify us immediately at support@talltalesapp.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Content you create

You and your child retain ownership of all stories created on Tall Tales. By using the service, you grant Tall Tales LLC a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely to operate the app. We do not use your child's stories to train AI models.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Tall Tales to create content that is harmful, abusive, or violates any applicable law. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

Subscriptions and billing

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

Disclaimer of warranties

Tall Tales is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. We'll notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
